Limits
Rate limits and the size of a purchase.
Rate limit
Each key can make 60 requests a minute. The minute starts with the first request; after the 60th, requests fail with 429 rate_limited until it ends. The Retry-After header says how many seconds to wait.
Need more? Batch your purchases (one purchase can cover many trips or shipments), or create a key per system.

Lists
GET /offsets returns 10 offsets by default, up to 100 with limit. Page with starting_after, the last ID of the previous page, while has_more is true.
