## Rate limit

Each key can make **60 requests a minute**. The minute starts with the first request; after the 60th, requests fail with `429 rate_limited` until it ends. The `Retry-After` header says how many seconds to wait.

Need more? Batch your purchases (one purchase can cover many trips or shipments), or create a key per system.

## Purchases

| Automatic up to | 15,000 kg by default; larger purchases wait for review |
| `reference` | 1 to 200 characters |

## Lists

`GET /offsets` returns 10 offsets by default, up to 100 with `limit`. Page with `starting_after`, the last ID of the previous page, while `has_more` is `true`.
